Team Lead, Ads Project Manager

Cella by Randstad Digital is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global enterprise client for a Project Management Team Lead – Integrated Campaigns & Experiential. In this hybrid role based in Toronto, ON (3 days per week on-site), you will manage a regional team of Project Managers across North America and LATAM, driving the end-to-end execution of both digital/social campaign packages and complex offline/experiential activations.

As a key leader representing our client's program, you will balance operational excellence with client relationship management, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple markets while mentoring team members to achieve peak performance. Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Direct and coach a regional team of 6–12 Project Managers. Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins, oversee performance expectations, lead onboarding for new team members, and foster continuous growth.

Program & Campaign Oversight: Maintain end-to-end operational visibility over active campaign workstreams, portfolio capacity, tracking tools, and priority initiatives across North America and LATAM.

Experiential & Event Delivery: Oversee the planning, vendor coordination, workback schedules, and on-site execution for live events, sponsorship programs, activations, and tentpole brand moments.

Client Management & Escalations: Serve as a primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders. Drive regular alignment meetings, manage risks, and proactively resolve operational issues or program escalations.

Cross-Regional Process Improvement: Establish consistent delivery standards and best practices across regions, identifying efficiencies and facilitating cross-market alignment.

Qualifications
Education: Minimum of an undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.

Professional Experience: Proven track record in project management, campaign operations, marketing, or agency environments, including demonstrated experience directly managing or leading team members.

Live Activations & Campaigns: Hands-on experience with offline activations, live event execution, experiential marketing, or integrated multi-channel campaigns.

Communication & Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, with the capacity to establish trust with senior client stakeholders and lead cross-functional discussions.

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising solutions, creator ecosystems, or agency workflows.

Language Skills: Professional proficiency in Spanish is considered a strong asset to support regional engagement in LATAM.
