L’opportunité

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Développeur(euse) en automatisation des tests pour se joindre à l’une de nos équipes de livraison et contribuer à la modernisation ainsi qu’à l’évolution de plateformes technologiques stratégiques orientées vers les clients.

Ce rôle convient parfaitement à une personne passionnée par la qualité logicielle, l’automatisation, l’amélioration continue et les pratiques modernes de livraison Agile.

Ce que vous ferez

• Concevoir, développer et maintenir des cadres d’automatisation de tests et des suites de tests réutilisables.
• Développer des tests automatisés fonctionnels, d’intégration, de régression et d’API.
• Collaborer avec les développeurs, analystes d’affaires et équipes produits afin de définir les critères d’acceptation et d’assurer la testabilité des solutions.
• Participer aux cérémonies Agile et contribuer aux activités d’assurance qualité tout au long du cycle de développement logiciel.
• Intégrer les tests automatisés aux pipelines CI/CD.
• Analyser les résultats de tests, investiguer les anomalies et participer aux analyses de causes fondamentales.
• Améliorer la couverture automatisée, les pratiques de validation et la qualité globale des produits.
• Soutenir les activités de validation des mises en production.
• Participer aux révisions de code et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques en ingénierie de la qualité.

Ce que vous apportez

• Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité logicielle et en automatisation des tests.
• Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d’équipes Agile.
• Forte orientation vers l’amélioration continue et la qualité.

Compétences clés requises

• Solide expérience en programmation avec Java.
• Expérience avec des outils d’automatisation tels que Selenium, Playwright, Cypress ou équivalents.
• Expérience dans les tests d’API REST à l’aide d’outils comme Postman, Rest Assured ou équivalents.
• Connaissance des cadres d’automatisation, méthodologies et patrons de conception de tests.
• Expérience avec Git.
• Expérience avec des outils CI/CD tels que Jenkins, Azure DevOps ou GitLab.
• Familiarité avec les environnements de développement Agile/Scrum.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Developer to join one of our delivery teams supporting the modernization and evolution of critical customer-facing platforms.

This role is ideal for a quality-focused professional who is passionate about automation, continuous improvement, and modern software delivery practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to help ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality applications.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and reusable test suites.
• Build and execute automated functional, integration, regression, and API test scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to define acceptance criteria and improve application testability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality planning throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Analyze test results, investigate defects, and contribute to root-cause analysis activities.
• Improve automation coverage, testing practices, and overall product quality.
• Support release validation and deployment readiness activities.
• Participate in code reviews and advocate for quality engineering best practices across delivery teams.

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong programming experience with Java.
