Coordonnateur(trice) service client et service après-vente Lieu : Waterloo Salaire : 55 000$ – 70 000$ Poste permanent 40h | Temps plein Notre client, un manufacturier québécois reconnu à travers l'Amérique du Nord pour la qualité de ses produits nautiques, est à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) service client et garanties pour se joindre à son équipe.Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez la personne-ressource pour un réseau de concessionnaires à travers le Canada et les États-Unis. En plus d'intégrer une entreprise bien établie et en croissance, vous bénéficierez d'un environnement dynamique, d'une équipe tissée serrée et de réelles possibilités d'évolution.

Principales responsabilités

  • Agir comme personne-ressource auprès du réseau de concessionnaires nautiques.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone et par courriel de façon professionnelle et proactive.
  • Gérer les réclamations et dossiers de garantie du début à la fin.
  • Coordonner l'envoi des pièces et du matériel reliés aux garanties.
  • Effectuer les suivis nécessaires auprès des concessionnaires, fournisseurs et transporteurs.
  • Assurer l'exactitude et la mise à jour des dossiers clients.
  • Identifier les enjeux récurrents et proposer des pistes d'amélioration.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes afin de résoudre les situations rapidement et efficacement.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de service à la clientèle.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en service à la clientèle, administration, coordination ou gestion de comptes.
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais requis.
  • Anglais avancé puisque plus de 60 % des échanges se font avec des partenaires et clients à travers l'Amérique du Nord.
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et de suivi.
  • Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Aisance avec les systèmes informatiques.
  • Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier, distribution ou service après-vente (atout).

Our client, a Quebec-based manufacturer recognized across North America for the quality of its marine products, is looking for a Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator to join its team.In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a network of dealers across Canada and the United States.   • Act as the primary point of contact for the marine dealer network.
  • Manage warranty claims and service-related cases from start to finish.
  • Coordinate the shipment of warranty parts and related materials.
  • Follow up with dealers, suppliers and transportation partners as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or account management.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required.
  • Advanced English is required as more than 60% of communications are conducted with partners and customers across North America.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and business software.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution or after-sales service is considered an asset.
