Lead requirements discovery across Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Field Services, and IT.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, working sessions, and structured requirements-gathering activities.

Develop current-state and future-state process maps and identify opportunities for standardization, process improvement, and business process re-engineering.

Translate business needs into clear business, functional, system, data, integration, reporting, and control requirements.

Facilitate cross-functional discussions and help stakeholders reach consensus on future-state processes and system design.

Perform or support ERP fit-gap analysis and evaluate where configuration, process change, integration, or reporting solutions may be required.

Participate in ERP functional and system-design activities and ensure proposed solutions align with business and operational objectives.

Work closely with the ERP implementation partner to clarify requirements, review proposed solutions, validate deliverables, and resolve functional issues.

Support the design and implementation of standard costing and manufacturing cost-accounting processes, including materials, labour, overhead, cost roll-ups, inventory valuation, production costs, and manufacturing variances.

Help define requirements for variance analysis and full variance decomposition to improve pricing, margins, operational performance, and profitability.

Analyze the costing implications of bills of material, routings, labour, overhead allocation, production transactions, inventory movements, and engineering changes.

Support requirements associated with engineer-to-order and configure-to-order manufacturing.

Develop business cases, options analyses, impact assessments, recommendations, and decision-support materials.

Support requirements traceability through solution design, testing, user acceptance, and implementation.

Contribute to data migration, integration, reporting, business readiness, process documentation, and deployment activities as required.

5+ years of ERP Business Analyst experience, including significant involvement in ERP implementation, transformation, or modernization initiatives.

Strong experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Direct experience implementing or materially supporting manufacturing cost accounting and standard costing within an ERP environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing costing concepts, including materials, labour, overhead, cost roll-ups, inventory valuation, production costs, and manufacturing variances.

Strong senior-level Business Analysis capability across requirements elicitation and management, workshop facilitation, process mapping, process re-engineering, current-state/future-state analysis, fit-gap analysis, traceability, business cases, stakeholder facilitation, and decision documentation.

Experience participating in ERP functional or system-design activities and translating business requirements into implementable solutions.

Experience working directly with ERP vendors, implementation partners, system integrators, or consulting organizations.

Strong analytical, facilitation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work effectively with senior leadership, Finance, Manufacturing, operational, technical, and frontline teams.

A Bachelor's degree is required. Relevant disciplines may include Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or another field supported by substantial relevant ERP, manufacturing, and cost-accounting experience.
