Rydel Roofing Vancouver is looking for outgoing, motivated Entry Level Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, field-based sales position where you will go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods, approach homeowners at their homes, start conversations, and generate qualified appointments for our sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants hands-on sales experience, and is ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
No previous roofing experience is required. We'll provide the training and support you need to get started.
As a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter, you'll help introduce homeowners to Rydel Roofing's services and create new opportunities for our sales team.

You don't need years of sales experience to succeed here. We're looking for people who are motivated, coachable, and comfortable talking to new people in a door-to-door environment.
You may be a great fit if you:
Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required.
$20–$50 CAD per hour + commission
