Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Lease Administrator to review, abstract, and analyze commercial lease agreements and accurately capture key financial, legal, and operational terms within lease administration systems.
Key Responsibilities
Review and abstract lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
Extract key terms including rent, escalation clauses, renewals, options, and contractual obligations.
Maintain accurate and consistent lease data within systems and databases.
Identify discrepancies, risks, or missing information and escalate as required.
Support lease administration, reporting, and audit activities.
Collaborate with real estate, legal, and finance teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Fluent in English and French.
Experience in lease abstraction, real estate administration, or contract analysis.
Strong understanding of commercial lease terminology and structures.
High attention to detail with strong data accuracy.
Proficiency with lease management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
