Accounting Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide leadership and technical oversight to the finance team, ensuring accuracy and strong internal controls.
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, inventory, and job costing.
• Review existing processes with a critical eye, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Improve and develop processes to increase accuracy and efficiency across the finance function.
• Support the enhancement of financial systems, reporting, and internal controls as the organization continues to grow.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new processes and requirements.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support to the accounting team.
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and other financial analysis as required.
• Act as a technical resource to the Finance team and provide insight to support business decisions.

What You Bring

• CPA designation required; will consider those in final steps
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; public accounting experience with manufacturing clients will also be considered.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to improve processes.
