HYDRA PURE GROUP IS EXPANDING!

We're growing into new communities and looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our Residential Home Services team.

Hydra Pure Group works alongside The Home Depot Home Services program, helping homeowners learn more about solutions available for their home's water and air quality.

This is a field-based position working directly with homeowners in their homes.

Your appointments are with homeowners who have expressed interest in learning more about our services — this is not door-to-door canvassing and does not involve cold calling.

If you're confident, friendly, professional and enjoy meeting new people, this could be an excellent opportunity.

No industry experience is required.
Full training is provided.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Residential Home Services Consultant, you'll travel to scheduled residential appointments and meet directly with homeowners.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Visiting homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments
• Providing a professional and friendly customer experience
• Learning about the household's water and air quality concerns
• Conducting basic in-home water quality assessments
• Explaining available home water treatment and air quality solutions
• Answering homeowner questions
• Providing information based on the customer's individual needs
• Maintaining professional communication throughout the appointment
• Representing Hydra Pure Group and our Home Services program professionally
• Following up with customers when appropriate

You're not expected to arrive knowing everything.

Our training program will teach you the products, services, customer process and how to conduct an effective in-home appointment.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, home improvement, automotive, telecommunications, real estate, marketing or other customer-facing industries can be helpful.

Previous industry experience is not required.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Reside full-time in Canada
• Have reliable transportation
• Be comfortable travelling locally to customer appointments
• Be comfortable working inside customers' homes
• Be bondable
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude

This is an in-person field position and cannot be performed remotely.
