Hydra Pure Group is expanding — and our team is getting bigger.

We're currently looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy meeting people and want to join a fast-growing team in the home services industry.

Our representatives work in participating Home Depot locations, connecting with homeowners and introducing them to available home water and air quality services.

This isn't a position where you'll spend your entire day behind a desk.

You'll be meeting new people, working in an active retail environment, developing valuable communication skills, and being part of a team that likes to work hard while keeping the atmosphere positive and fun.

No previous industry experience is necessary — we'll train you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your focus is simple: create a great customer experience.

You'll interact with homeowners, learn about their needs, provide information about available services, and help interested customers take the next step.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers at participating Home Depot locations
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Introducing homeowners to available water and air quality services
• Answering general questions about the program
• Identifying interested homeowners
• Booking complimentary consultations
• Maintaining a professional representation of our Home Services program
• Working toward personal and team goals

No door-to-door canvassing and no cold calling.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, promotions, marketing, telecommunications, fitness, automotive, or other customer-facing positions may be helpful — but it isn't required.
