The CRM Deployment Coordinator plays a strategic and operational role in enabling the successful planning, execution, and deployment of CRM-driven communications and marketing initiatives. Acting as a central operational hub, this role connects cross‑functional partners to ensure customer communications and campaign assets are delivered with precision, consistency, and brand integrity.

This role combines project leadership, workflow orchestration, and hands-on execution within CRM and marketing automation platforms. The CRM Deployment Coordinator transforms complexity into structured, actionable plans—strengthening efficiency, clarity, and long‑term scalability across CRM and creative delivery ecosystems.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

• Execute, test, and deploy CRM and email marketing campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platform Bloomreach.
• Orchestrate project flow by managing timelines, dependencies, and handoffs across creative development and CRM deployment phases
• Conduct thorough quality assurance, testing and validation of campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, compliance and brand consistency
• Serve as an operational connector across CRM, Studio, and Marketing teams - ensuring projects are clearly scoped, aligned, and executed efficiently
• Anticipate risks early and proactively remove obstacles to maintain momentum and delivery excellence
• Strengthen the sustainability and scalability of CRM and creative workflows by bringing structure, clarity and continuous improvement to our process
• Partner closely with Studio Leads, Designers, CRM Specialists and Marketing/Commercial stakeholders to align creative output with strategic objectives
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned workflows, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and issue resolution

Key Ingredients:

• Proven ability to structure, prioritize, and navigate multiple concurrent initiatives—balancing strategic foresight with day-to-day operational demands
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, including campaign deployment, segmentation and QA
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in compliance‑driven environments
• Ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans and influence outcomes across cross‑functional teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process efficiency and operational sustainability
• Experience with Adobe Workfront is an asset
• Experience with the Adobe Creative suite of apps
• Highly agile and adaptable, operating with urgency and sound judgment in a dynamic, rapidly evolving studio or agency environment

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $62,700.00 - $82,300.00 (posting salary range) + 9% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
