Job description

Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a customer-centric retail environment? Randstad is seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join a dynamic team in Brantford.

In this full-time role in business administration, you will manage daily office tasks, inventory tracking, purchasing support, and vendor coordination while delivering exceptional service to storefront patrons. If you are a problem solver who enjoys wearing multiple hats, this Service Administrator opportunity is the ideal next step for your career in business administration. Our client offers a supportive work culture where initiative is celebrated, team members stay for years, and long-term career growth is actively encouraged. As a Service Administrator, your time will be spent balancing approximately 70% administrative support with 30% customer interaction.

On the administrative side of business administration, you will create templates, tabulate monthly vendor expenses, manage inventory data, and perform product research. On the customer-facing side, you will serve as a welcoming brand ambassador, offering education-based guidance to store visitors, operating POS systems, and coordinating promotional pop-up events with vendors. This Service Administrator role offers a dynamic business administration experience where no two days are the same. We are looking for a self-managed, highly organized Service Administrator who brings a positive attitude to work every day. In this business administration position, you will organize your schedule once trained, step up during peak moments, and handle urgent priorities with flexibility. Our client takes pride in fostering a warm atmosphere where customers praise the happy disposition of the staff. Candidates who thrive as a Service Administrator in this environment are solution-oriented, welcome constructive feedback, and approach challenges with optimism.
