Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Medical Record Review Associate for a full-time remote opportunity. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about patient support, clinical coordination, and delivering exceptional client service. Working in a specialized healthcare environment, you will leverage your clinical expertise to support patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders while contributing to process improvement and operational excellence.
This position requires fluency in both English and French.
- Pay Rate: $35 - $38/hour
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Responsibilities:
Clinical Support & Case Management
- Provide exceptional service and support to patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Use clinical expertise to resolve patient, program, and case-related inquiries.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for clinical and operational questions.
- Protect confidential patient and program information at all times.
Program Coordination & Client Service
- Generate program reports and documentation accurately and within established timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective service delivery.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders to support program objectives and client needs.
- Assist management with issue resolution and escalations as required.
Process Improvement & Operations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and service delivery.
- Participate in special projects and departmental initiatives.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of procedures and SOPs.
- Support compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Team Support & Training
- Serve as a resource for team members and act as a first point of escalation when required.
- Support onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Fully bilingual in French and English.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience with direct patient interaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a specialized area related to this role.
- Experience in oncology, pulmonology, thoracic surgery, Med-Surg, ICU, or CCU is considered a strong asset.
- Outstanding client service and patient support skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
