Adecco is currently hiring a Supply Chain Analyst for a full-time opportunity in Calgary, AB. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, supply chain operations, SAP, Ariba, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing
- Source and expedite materials to support operational requirements.
- Execute RFx processes, including sourcing, evaluation, award, and closeout.
- Recommend procurement strategies based on business needs, risk, and value.
- Support contract and sourcing initiatives with stakeholders and suppliers.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers.
- Resolve purchasing, pricing, PO, and invoice-related issues.
- Support supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supply Chain Operations
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure material availability.
- Support inventory, receiving, and procurement activities.
- Assist with procurement cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and reporting metrics.
- Support SCM dashboards, analytics, and data integrity initiatives.
- Identify supply chain risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and supply chain management practices.
- Experience with SAP and Ariba.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and supporting sourcing activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
- Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities, Industrial, or Manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field is considered an asset.
- SCMP, CSCP, CPSM, CPM, or related Supply Chain certification is considered an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
