Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (hybrid)

The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist supports the execution of customer lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and other digital communication channels. This role works closely with the Digital Campaign Manager and Program Marketing teams to support campaign deployment, audience segmentation, journey execution, quality assurance, and reporting within Braze, Lob, and related marketing platforms. The position is responsible for coordinating and executing omnichannel customer communications that support engagement, retention, renewal, and conversion goals. This role will assist in managing automated customer journeys, triggered messaging, personalized direct mail campaigns, and ongoing campaign optimization efforts. • Support the setup, testing, scheduling, and deployment of lifecycle marketing campaigns in Braze.
• Assist in executing customer journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, Content Cards, and direct mail.
• Coordinate direct mail campaign execution through Braze and Lob, including audience setup, triggering, approvals, and deployment tracking.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to support the production and delivery of personalized direct mail campaigns with explicit approval from the digital campaign manager.
• Build and QA campaigns to ensure links, personalization, segmentation, dynamic content, and trigger logic function properly.
• Support audience segmentation and targeting based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, engagement activity, and purchase history.
• Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate deployment timelines with Program Marketing and Digital Marketing teams by using internal workflow and task management systems.
• Create and update reusable campaign templates and modular messaging components that follow brand guidelines and design best practices.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure campaigns are accurate, error-free, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards.
• Assist with A/B testing initiatives related to subject lines, messaging, timing, personalization, offers, calls to action, and customer journeys.
• Monitor and support reporting on campaign performance metrics, including engagement, conversions, deliverability, and response trends.
• Support documentation of campaign workflows, processes, deployment standards, and operational procedures.
• Stay current on lifecycle marketing, Braze, Lob, email marketing, and omnichannel engagement best practices.
• Support ongoing optimization of customer journeys and lifecycle communication strategies.
• Support the digital campaign manager by partnering with digital marketing and program marketing teams to ensure lifecycle communications are consistent with landing pages, web experiences, direct mail creative, and other customer touchpoints.

THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS YOU BRING

• Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, campaign coordination, or direct mail operations required; 2-4 years preferred.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with marketing automation and building campaigns and multi-step journeys in a major platform.
• Exposure to direct mail platforms or print fulfillment workflows preferred; Lob experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel campaign execution.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with campaign reporting, spreadsheets, and marketing data.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email editing and diagnosing issues; working familiarity with Liquid or comparable personalization syntax preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Naturally curious, analytical, and motivated to grow digital marketing skills.

SALARY

• $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
