A leading financial product organization is looking for an experienced Senior Windows Systems Administrator with deep expertise supporting large-scale Microsoft infrastructure and, critically, hands-on administration of SCCM/MECM server architecture and infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a Windows infrastructure professional who has owned and supported the SCCM platform itself — not simply used SCCM for application deployment, desktop imaging, or end-user support.
You'll help maintain the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise Windows platforms while taking responsibility for SCCM/MECM infrastructure, including site servers, Distribution Points, Management Points, Software Update Points/WSUS, site health, and related server-side components.
Working across virtualized, hybrid, and highly available environments, you'll troubleshoot complex Windows and SCCM infrastructure issues, contribute to platform modernization, and use automation to improve the stability and efficiency of the environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience administering enterprise Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and core Microsoft technologies in production environments.
- Strong hands-on SCCM/MECM server administration experience, with responsibility for the underlying SCCM infrastructure and architecture.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting SCCM Site Servers and Site System Roles, including Distribution Points (DP), Management Points (MP), and Software Update Points (SUP)/WSUS.
- Strong experience managing VMware virtual infrastructure, Windows Server lifecycle management, enterprise patching, and PowerShell-based automation.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with additional SCCM/MECM infrastructure components such as SQL Server integration, IIS, PXE/OS deployment infrastructure, reporting, monitoring, backup/recovery, or SCCM upgrades and migrations.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Azure or other hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible.
- Knowledge of enterprise security standards, compliance frameworks, and infrastructure automation best practices.

- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 30%
