Our energy & resources client is seeking a Reporting Advisor (3+ years) to develop reporting and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Tableau, and SPSS

This role supports business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development within an oil & gas environment. The position focuses on identifying meaningful insights, tracking trends, and supporting performance improvement initiatives through statistical analysis and predictive modeling. The role offers exposure to cross-functional operational data and collaboration with senior staff on analytics-driven business initiatives.

Must Haves

• 3+ years with SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Tableau, SPSS, and Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Statistical analysis, predictive models, and root cause analysis for business insights and performance tracking
• Reporting dashboards and query creation supporting business decision-making
• Related university degree and three years’ experience OR five years of previous field or work management operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience

Nice to Have

• Operations, Customer Care, and/or Engineering and Asset Management experience
• Understanding of EGD Work Management and Asset systems and business processes
• SixSigma certification

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify meaningful insights that inform business decisions and actions
• Collaborate with senior staff on statistical analysis, predictive models, and root cause analysis
• Track trends and explore performance improvement opportunities
• Develop performance dashboards for business stakeholders
• Create queries supporting reporting and business insights
• Produce reporting deliverables for clients
