Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a full-time opportunity in St Catherine's, ON. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping others, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experience through phone, chat, and online support channels.
- Pay Rate: $21.50/hour | Bonus: $1000 joining bonus with applicable taxes - $500 paid after completion of 4 consecutive weeks of service & $500 paid after completing 12 weeks service
- Location: St Catherine's, ON
- Shift: Monday to Sunday | 5 PM to 2 PM EST (including holidays)

Responsibilities:
Customer Support & User Assistance
- Educate users on how to effectively use the platform and available features.
- Provide support through outbound calls and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach in every interaction.
Performance & Quality
- Meet daily productivity targets, service levels, and key performance metrics.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes.
- Manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication & Collaboration
- Build an understanding of client processes and operational requirements.
- Escalate issues and share information with Team Leads, Quality Analysts, SMEs, and Management when required.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client contacts to support issue resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, customer support, or contact center experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve performance targets.
- Strong time management and workload planning skills.
- Experience in concierge, hospitality, guest services, or client-facing roles is considered an asset.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions via phone, chat, and other communication channels.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
