Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar roleSound understanding of welding metallurgyMust have good interpersonal and communication skillsGood problem-solving skillsMust be willing to work shifts and be flexible (including overtime on short notice)Ability to work well with fellow team members Critical Success Factors:Abide by all company polices including, but not limited to the following; Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental SystemsEnsure compliance with all applicable codes, standards and legislation including Environmental Legislation, O.
