Our client, is seeking a high-performing, self-directed HR Systems Analyst to join their human resources technology team during a period of rapid system transformation.
In this critical, hands-on role, you will serve as a functional bridge between business operations, HR, IT, and external vendors to drive two concurrent, large-scale system rollouts. You will focus heavily on system configuration, data mapping, process workflows, and large-scale data workbook manipulation. Functional HRIS Focus: Deep functional expertise in system configuration, business process workflows, and data mapping (acting as a functional bridge rather than a software developer).
Compliance & UAT Leadership: Proven track record leading UAT testing and managing system documentation within SOX-compliant environments.
Immediate Availability & Holiday Commitment: Immediate availability to start, with a firm willingness to work through the majority of the Christmas and New Year holiday period to support go-live milestones.
Location & Work Style: Located in or near Vancouver, BC for 3 on-site days per week; proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently without micromanagement.
