You will work within an advanced Lean Manufacturing and 7S environment, running computer-controlled systems, executing line switchovers, and conducting product testing to ensure peak operational performance.

Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Set up, control, and monitor automated machinery for powder coating manufacturing.
- System Switchovers: Break down, sanitize, and reassemble processing lines between batch runs to avoid product contamination.
- Quality Verification: Take sample batches, conduct spray-panel inspections, and measure color/texture accuracy against strict quality criteria.
- Inventory Control: Capture raw powder remnants to minimize waste, and secure, label, and skid finished goods.
- Safety & Material Handling: Operate a forklift (if certified) for material transport, maintain precise production logs, and enforce strict 7S workplace standards.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating machinery in a factory or industrial facility (chemical processing, paint, or powder coating background preferred).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously for 8–9 hours and repeatedly lift up to 55 lbs.
- PPE Readiness: Comfortable wearing mandatory protective equipment, including respirators, eye protection, and hearing gear.
- Communication: Strong English reading, writing, and verbal skills for safety documentation and batch logging.
- Forklift: Valid operator certification or willingness to complete internal company training.
