  • Track raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with Operations and Finance to resolve issues.

  • Provide visibility to internal stakeholders regarding production status, inventory availability, and potential delays.
  • Coordinate material movement between receiving, production, warehouse, and shipping areas.
  • Work closely with operational teams to support efficient material flow and product organization.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, scheduling, material flow, and administrative processes.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of standardized operating procedures and best practices.
  • Promote safe working practices and promptly communicate operational or safety concerns.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–5 years of experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, production coordination, logistics, or a related operational role.
  • Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or distribution operations is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working around warehouse, yard, or production operations is a strong asset.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, material movement, and operational coordination.
  • Experience supporting production planning or scheduling is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory and documentation accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or similar operational systems.
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation and logistics coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
  • Effective communicator who can work across production, operations, logistics, sales, and office teams.
  • Proactive, practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Post-secondary education in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Health and safety training is considered an asset.
  • Available to start quickly and interested in a temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent.
