Work Arrangement: Remote; up to 15% onsite in Edmonton as required
Contract: Up to 12-month extension term
Hours: 7.25 hours/day, 36.25 hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–4:30 PM Alberta Time

The Province is seeking a Project Manager to provide delivery oversight and coordination across multiple concurrent, high-priority initiatives, including:
Cybersecurity Vulnerability Mitigation / Legacy Server Remediation
SQL Server 2012 and Windows Server 2008/2012 remediation
Windows Server 2016 remediation
Risk mitigation, governance and cross-project coordination
SharePoint Online Migration
Remaining SharePoint 2016 migrations and decommissioning
Delivery of 5 outstanding intranets
Extranet migration and legacy server replacement
Management of dependencies and access
Transition of 22 Power Apps replacing SharePoint 2016 customizations to operations.
Manage IT projects from initiation through completion
Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, schedules and status reports
Manage scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies
Coordinate multiple projects and project teams concurrently
Manage vendors, stakeholders, sponsors and cross-departmental partners
Develop governance materials and executive/steering committee reports
Track milestones, deliverables, budget and project performance
Identify and escalate risks/issues and implement corrective actions
Support requirements documentation and IT solution delivery
Coordinate project dependencies and interdependencies
Support change management and communication activities
Provide project leadership, stakeholder communication and client relationship management
Support transition planning and post-project outcome assessment
Leverage Microsoft applications, collaboration tools and AI to improve reporting and communication.
