Bilingual Sales Enablement Coordinator (Proposal Writer)

Overview

The National Bilingual Sales Enablement Coordinator develops complex and strategic sales proposals that is market and prospective client specific. The Coordinator will prepare well-written, dynamic and market appealing proposals that reflects customer centric and specific themes all while working towards tight time-lines. In this role, the incumbent will work directly with the National Growth Leader, National Marketing Manager as well as the rest of the Sales Enablement team to manage the region's content library and ensure responses, presentations, graphics and visuals are consistently up-to-date and available to the production teams. This includes managing proposals of moderate to high complexity when necessary. How you'll make an impact Works with the Production team to manage RFP responses as projects, including setting and maintaining timelines for successful delivery of proposals Contributes proposal language to ensure incorporation of strategic themes as well as compliance with proposal requirements and RFP requirements Meets with sales staff and others to review RFP and determine requirements to develop compliant, customized proposals Identifies and contacts subject matter experts throughout Gallagher to get accurate information for inclusion in proposals based on requirements and platforms Works with Creative Designer to create and coordinate illustrations, explanatory tables and/or graphics Defines, documents, implements and supports continual proposal process improvement including creative writing Utilizes proposal database and previous bids to provide compliant proposal responses Provides updated proposal information for inclusion into RFP database Possesses a strong marketing aptitude that supports market leading production of proposals & presentations Works with the National Growth Leader to collect and analyze sales and market data including win ratio Collaborates with National Growth Leader to establish RFP response KPIs About you 2-3 years of marketing & communications experience; experience in developing original material for publication or competitive evaluation and prior proposal experience is a plus Bilingualism in both French and English is required General knowledge of proposal & presentation processes Experience supporting group benefits programs is considered an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Copilot, with the ability to leverage AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and efficiency Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently across multiple functions within the organization Superior writing and communication skills Adept at creating presentation decks that are innovative and appeal to prospective customers Ability to work closely with multi-functional teams to develop a customer-specific proposal & presentation strategy Strong organizational, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, matrix environment Ability to create new proposal text by meeting with subject matter experts or using reference documents Compensation and benefits At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
