Job description
Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management (IdM) Architect to assist with migrating from Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) to Microsoft Entra ID environment
Calgary candidates preferred, but open to % remote across Canada. 37.5 hour work week.
Must Haves
- 10+ years of experience as an Identity and Access Management Specialist or Architect delivering or supporting IdM projects within enterprise IT environments
- 5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) modernization or migration initiatives
- 5+ years with Microsoft Entra ID, Graph API, Identity Governance, Lifecycle Workflows, and B2B collaboration
- 3+ years developing with Azure AD User Provisioning, ECMA, Logic Apps, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Azure AD Connect, and ADFS
- 3+ years configuring Active Directory, LDAP, and PowerShell
Strong Nice to Have
- Experience migrating organizations from MIM to Microsoft Entra ID-native services
- Experience supporting identity lifecycle management for employee, contractor, and external identities
- Microsoft security and identity certifications
- Previous experience with municipal or government organizations
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the current-state identity environment
- Design migration solutions from Microsoft Identity Manager to Microsoft Entra ID
- Develop identity lifecycle management solutions for employees, contractors, and B2B users
- Implement Microsoft Entra ID migration initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on identity modernization activities
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders on migration delivery
