Senior SAP HCM Time Consultant to support our public sector client

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Time Consultant to support the public sector client. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Time Management, including configuration, integration, system testing, and ongoing support.

This role requires a senior consultant who can work independently, collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, and translate workforce management requirements into effective SAP HCM solutions.

Duration: 4 months with a possibility of extension

Position: Senior SAP HCM Time Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP HCM Time Management functionality.
• Configure and enhance Time Evaluation, including time rules and related processes.
• Configure and maintain Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Leave and Absence Management, Overtime Rules, Attendance, and Time Recording processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM Time Management solutions.
• Support the integration of SAP Time Management with Payroll and other SAP HCM/HR modules.
• Troubleshoot complex Time Management configuration and integration issues.
• Support SAP HR Support Pack upgrades, including impact analysis, configuration validation, regression testing, and issue resolution.
• Develop and execute functional and system test scenarios.
• Work closely with HR, payroll, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration documentation, and test materials.
• Provide recommendations and guidance on SAP HCM Time Management best practices.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP HCM Time Management configuration experience.

• Time Evaluation
• Work Schedules
• Leave and Absence Management
• Holiday Calendars
• Overtime Rules
• Attendance Management
• Time Recording processes
• Demonstrated experience integrating SAP HCM Time Management with Payroll and other HR modules.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management processes.
• Experience supporting SAP HR Support Pack upgrades and system testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP HCM Time issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience supporting SAP HCM within a public-sector or large enterprise environment.
