Are you an experienced Identity Management Consultant looking to drive major identity modernization projects? Our Calgary client is seeking a skilled consultant for a 12-month initial term to lead their migration from Microsoft Identity Manager to Microsoft Entra ID. In this role, you will collaborate with key technical and business stakeholders to evaluate current identity architecture and implement comprehensive lifecycle solutions.

Responsibilities
• Evaluate current identity environments to plan full migrations from Microsoft Identity Manager to Microsoft Entra ID.
• Design and configure identity lifecycle management solutions for employee, contractor, and B2B user accounts.
• Develop custom workflows using Graph API, Logic Apps, and PowerShell automation.
• Implement user provisioning using Extensible Connectivity Management Agents and Azure AD Connect.
• Configure Single Sign On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Conditional Access policies for secure user access.
• Manage Active Directory, LDAP directories, and cloud identity infrastructure.
• Work alongside business and technical stakeholders to ensure governance compliance across all identity systems.
Qualifications
• Ten years of overall information technology experience focused on identity and access management projects.
• Five years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Identity Manager modernization or migration initiatives.
• Five years of expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Graph API, Identity Governance, and Lifecycle Workflows.
• Three years of development experience with Azure AD User Provisioning, Logic Apps, Conditional Access, and ADFS.
• Three years of hands-on scripting and administration experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and PowerShell.
