Our client is a fast-growing HVAC distributor specializing in heat pumps, air conditioning, furnaces, and water heaters. As the company continues to expand across Ontario, they are looking for motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to join their growing sales team.This is a new business development opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and opening new customer accounts. You will be responsible for developing business within your assigned territory, supported by a Territory Sales Manager and inside sales support.We are hiring for multiple territories across Ontario, including GTA, Barrie, Eastern Ontario, and Kitchener-Waterloo. Your territory will be aligned based on your location and existing customer relationships.

The Role: Outbound Sales Respresentative

• Conduct daily outbound prospecting through phone calls, cold visits, and other business development activities.
• Build and manage your own list of target prospects within your assigned territory.
• Identify and develop relationships with HVAC contractors, dealers, and potential customers.
• Schedule and conduct customer visits and sales meetings.
• Open new customer accounts and close initial orders.
• Support new customers through their first order and help establish long-term business relationships.
• Work closely with the Territory Sales Manager on qualified appointments, joint customer visits, and pipeline development.
• Maintain accurate customer activity, sales opportunities, and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Develop and maintain an organized sales route and territory plan.
• Meet established activity and new-account activation targets.
• Represent the company professionally while developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

What You’ll Bring

• Must have 1–5 years of B2B field or counter sales experience.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building products, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong outbound prospecting and new business development skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting cold visits.
• Proven ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Existing relationships with contractors or dealers within the assigned territory are a strong asset.
• Must have a valid Ontario driver's licence.
• French or Mandarin is an asset for the Eastern Ontario territory.
• Must be comfortable with regular field travel within the assigned territory.
