Learning Designer (5+ years) to build eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Success

Our public sector client is seeking a Learning Designer (5+ years) to build eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Success Factors LMS -

This role supports the modernization of approximately eLearning courses used for organization-wide new hire training. The Learning Designer will rebuild existing PowerPoint-based learning content in Articulate Storyline, publish courses to Review , and prepare finalized assets for deployment within the Success Factors LMS. The engagement includes collaboration with Organizational Learning teams and Subject Matter Experts to validate and finalize course content.

6 month contract, Vancouver, Remote, 40 hrs/wk, PST

Must Haves

• 5+ years developing eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, including system demos, text to speech, and branded course design
• Proficiency with Articulate Rise and Review
• MS for course development and collaboration activities
• Adult learning strategies, instructional materials, job aids, webinars, and instructor-led training development
• Post-secondary education related to instructional design, learning, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Insurance industry experience
• Graphic and layout design
• Audio and visual recording
• Research and evaluation of learning solutions

Responsibilities

• Build approximately eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline using original PowerPoint storyboards
• Publish completed courses to Review
• Validate course content with Organizational Learning teams and Subject Matter Experts
• Upload finalized design files to SharePoint Online
• Design instructional materials, job aids, work tools, and learning resources
• Lead review sessions for learning assets
• Track versions and update courses during development
