Hi there, we’re siblings aged 18 months and 11.5 months old. Our mom is almost done her mat leave and will be returning to work as a shift worker and our Dad has a hybrid work from home set-up. My parents are also farmers so we are a very busy, active, outdoor family. My parents are looking for someone to help watch us when their work schedules overlap. My mom works variable times and days at the hospital. My dad is always on call but does most of his work M-F daytime hours. The farm is the busiest from spring to fall but there is always lots to do. Sometimes they’re both working on the same weekend (especially from May-September), so hopefully the nanny watching us can work some weekends. Their schedule is set in advance and so your time with us would be set ~1-2 months in advance. Experience with Toddlers and/or multiples Driver's License and personal vehicle an asset.
