Graham is actively recruiting for a Subcontractors Coordinator supporting the Industrial Division. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Director, the Subcontractors Coordinator plays a key role in providing day-to-day administrative and transactional support across the subcontract lifecycle teams. The role helps ensure subcontracted services are properly sourced, documented, approved, issued, maintained and closed in accordance with Graham requirements, project commitments and applicable client requirements.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
Support Procurement & Supplier Sourcing: Coordinate RFQs/RFPs, supplier communications, bid evaluations, and procurement documentation
Administer Subcontracts: Prepare subcontract documents, coordinate approvals and execution, and maintain accurate contract records in company systems
Manage Supplier Onboarding & Compliance: Coordinate supplier setup, prequalification, and ensure all insurance, HSEQ, and compliance requirements are met before award or mobilization
Provide Commercial & Project Support: Act as the primary contact for subcontract administration, track contract status and changes, and escalate commercial risks when required
Maintain Records & Drive Continuous Improvement: Ensure audit-ready documentation, support subcontractor performance reviews, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Experience: Experience supporting procurement, subcontract administration, supplier onboarding, or project-based operations, preferably within construction, industrial, energy, maintenance, or related industries
- Skills: Proficiency with with Microsoft 365. Experience with SAP, SharePoint, contract management systems, electronic signature platforms, and supplier prequalification tools (e.g., SmartBid, CausewayOne) is considered an asset
