Job description
We are a family of 5 with 3 girls, age 7, 4 and 1. We are two physicians with sometimes long and variable hours. We are seeking a full-time live-out nanny who can start September/October 2026 to care for our family. Our oldest is in Grade 2 and our middle will be attending pre-school part time during the school year. If you are reliable, caring, positive, healthy, experienced with infants/toddlers, and interested in a long-term position, please contact us. Responsibilities for this position include: feeding, diapering, baby laundry, providing activities and taking them to local programs/school, light housework, and ensuring safety and comfort. Driving is an asset. Of note, our oldest daughter, Elizabeth, has type 1 diabetes. We are looking for someone willing to learn and help Elizabeth manage her diabetes (no needles required). Full-time hours with some flexibility. Typically 4 days a week, 7-5pm. Most hours in the day and during the week (Monday to Friday). Flexibility in hours and availability would be preferred. Ability to speak English is required and additional languages are an asset. Nonsmoker only. First Aid Certificate; CPR Certificate, Criminal record check.
