You will prepare and ship orders, an essential role that will contribute to customer satisfaction.
You will use equipment such as the forklift, while participating in the general maintenance of the store and warehouse.

You will take on these challenges as a Store and Warehouse Clerk
You will participate in decisions by passing on relevant information to your manager and you will actively contribute to problem solving by proposing solutions.
You will ensure that each customer receives service that meets CDL's standards, an essential challenge to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You'll be vigilant since mistakes could lead to monetary losses or the loss of a customer, which will make your role all the more important.
You will develop your leadership skills by maintaining good relationships with representatives and customers, while supporting your team on a daily basis.
You will evolve with a level of supervision focused on advice and support, which will allow you to be autonomous while being accompanied as needed.
You will communicate with different internal departments as well as customers, which will strengthen your overall understanding of operations.
