We are looking for a passionate individual who wants to share their field expertise, inspire the next generation, and train the upcoming healthcare professionals. In the classroom and during internships, you will become a role model, a guide, and a source of confidence for our students at the Health Trades Vocational Training Center for the Kirkland and Galt building.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver courses tailored to the individual needs of students;

• Teach and facilitate courses in various fields;

• Develop and implement teaching-learning activities adapted to the needs and skill levels of students;

• Encourage and support the integration of students;

• Foster autonomy and a sense of responsibility in students.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience or more as a nursing assistant;

• Be a member in good standing of the Order of Nurses of Quebec (OIIQ) or the Order of Licensed Practical Nurses of Quebec (OIIAQ), depending on the program taught.

• High degree of autonomy, organizational and planning skills;

• Aptitude for communication, listening, and having interpersonal skills;

• Sense of professional ethics;

• Good knowledge of spoken and written French.

• Availability during day and evening.

• Diploma of Vocational Studies in Nursing - Requirement

Qualifications

• Provisional teaching authorization - Asset

• Teaching certificate - Asset

• Probationary teaching license - Asset
