We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Mail Room Operations team in Regina. This isn't your standard "envelope-stuffing" role; we are looking for proactive resources to support a unique project for a major industry leader.
Position Starts: ASAP
Monday - Friday, 30 hrs/ week
Standard Daytime Business Hours
Pay: $18.20 - $22.75/ hr
Long-term Contract

Responsibilities
Closing of Mail bags
Scanning of Mail bags
Bag in process to replace the dispatched mail bags
Sorting of documents and daily reports. At the same time using the tracking sheet for some of the reports that needs tracking.
Filing of reports of reports and dispatching them.
Accuracy and attention details would be a plus.
Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma minimum
- Must be able to pass Credit check and Background check
- Must be able to complete an employment reference check
- Ability to deal with multiple demands with frequent interruptions.
- A focus on accuracy with an ability to retain and recall information quickly.
- A highly adaptable personality and ability to multitask.
- Working level experience in Excel, Word and Outlook.
