Work with account managers and solution architects to understand enterprise needs and translate them into technical designs. Participate in customer engagements to gather requirements and support implementations.
Deliver features through agile development cycles, prototyping, developing, and deploying database improvements. Balance speed of delivery with code quality, security, and scalability requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems and propose solutions.
Build and improve tools for managing database performance at scale, supporting thousands of concurrent customers. This includes developing monitoring and troubleshooting tools for large-scale database deployments and implementing automation for database management tasks.
Ensure database solutions meet required security standards and compliance regulations such as FedRAMP, GDPR, and HIPAA. Follow and help refine security best practices for database management in cloud environments.
