Randstad Canada is currently seeking reliable Production Workers to join the team at our client’s facility in Delta, BC. Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of chemical products for the building and construction industry, offering stable, long-term employment with real opportunities for career growth.
What You Need to Know:
Location: Delta, BC
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Pay Rate: $28.00/hour ($26.75/hour + $1.25/hr afternoon shift premium)
Must be comfortable working in a dusty, physically demanding setting
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs continuously

Responsibilities
As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality construction materials:
Loading raw materials into automated mixers and staging/batching product for production lines, following all safety and quality standards.
Safely operate and monitor automated mixing machinery.
Conduct visual quality control inspections on finished goods and packaging.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications
Ability to comfortably lift up to 55 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial production setting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-first mindset.
Comfortable working in a dusty environment (PPE will be provided)
Must have own steel toed safety boots
