We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director, Brand Leader to oversee a prominent portfolio of Asian QSR concepts (including Manchu Wok, Tiki Ming, Koya, and Sukiyaki).
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will serve as the champion and customer advocate for your assigned brands. In this high-impact role, you will lead strategic thinking, drive customer preference, and translate overarching brand strategies across packaging, marketing, operations, and merchandising tactics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and franchisees to foster brand guardianship, lead product innovation, and accelerate corporate growth.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategic Management
Direct the long-term vision, business planning, and growth strategies, providing actionable insights to senior management to optimize business unit performance.
Partner with the COO and executive leadership by delivering reports, competitive analyses, and strategic scenarios to support decision-making.
Lead brand-building processes, ensuring alignment across packaging, marketing, purchasing, and outside agency partners.
Educate and align internal and external cross-functional teams around the brand portfolio’s vision and mission.
Oversee operations and marketing teams, providing direction, performance management, and continuous development.
Drive product innovation by identifying customer needs and leveraging market insights.
Operations & Administration
Execute yearly marketing tactics aligned with overall brand, sales, volume, and profit targets.
Engage proactively with franchisees, serving as a trusted advisor and coach to enhance restaurant operations and boost profitability.
Oversee product forecasting, analyze market trends, and recommend adjustments to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Identify cost-saving initiatives and continuous product improvement opportunities alongside cross-functional partners.
Manage and review departmental budgets and financial performance to ensure corporate objectives are met.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in brand management, equity development, and driving customer targeting strategies. Senior-level experience managing franchisor/franchisee relationships within a multi-unit retail or QSR/restaurant environment is strongly preferred.
