Marketing Specialist

Cella by Randstad Digital is partnering with an industry-leading global B2B provider to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist for a 4-month contract opportunity, with a strong possibility to extend up to one year.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional product and digital marketing teams, external agencies, and AI tools to craft compelling content, support product marketing plans, and engage target audiences across digital channels and user forums. You will oversee event, hospitality, and registration logistics, as well as leverage data reporting tools to track campaign performance. Our client prefers a hybrid schedule in Montreal (3 days/week in office, with Tuesday as an anchor day), but is fully open to remote talent across Canada for the right fit.

Our Client operates globally/internationally in the United States and other countries. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.

Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to work on client projects, products or deliverables that are required to be delivered to clients in English

Responsibilities
Content & Digital Strategy: Collaborate with internal writers, AI tools, and external creative agencies to develop engaging digital marketing and social media content.

Campaign & Logistics Management: Coordinate international user forums, online events, participant invitations, and hospitality/accommodation logistics.

Data & Analytics Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, build ROI reporting structures, and track analytics using Google Analytics, Excel, and Power BI.

Product Marketing Liaison: Serve as a core link between product managers and digital marketing teams to refine messaging across B2B target personas.

CRM & Email Marketing: Utilize email marketing and CRM platforms (such as Pardot and Salesforce) to nurture leads and execute automated workflows.

Qualifications
Professional Experience: 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across online campaigns, performance tracking, and content development.

Technical & Marketing Toolset: Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp, Salesforce), Google Analytics, and project management tools like monday.com.

Data Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities using Excel and Power BI to evaluate campaign metrics and trends.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage logistics under firm deadlines.

Communication: High proficiency in written and spoken English to support content creation and collaborate within an international environment
