Cleaner – Job Description

We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team and provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, respectful, and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients.


Cleaners will be assigned to client locations based on availability, service requirements, location, and scheduling needs.


What You Will Do


  • Provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services.

  • Clean and maintain assigned areas according to company quality standards.

  • Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and general cleaning.

  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces.

  • Empty trash and properly dispose of waste as required.

  • Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and frequently used areas.

  • Follow client instructions, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines.

  • Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and appropriately.

  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and consistent cleaning quality.

  • Identify and report damages, maintenance concerns, or other issues at client locations.

  • Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.

  • Complete assigned services within the expected timeframe.

  • Confirm completion of assignments as required.

  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while representing the company.

Who We Are Looking For


  • Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience is preferred.

  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing assigned responsibilities.

  • Professional, respectful, and trustworthy.

  • Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving as required.

  • Willingness to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Transportation


  • Applicants with their own reliable vehicle are welcome to apply.

  • Applicants without a vehicle may also be considered depending on assignment location and transportation availability.

  • Transportation requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

  • Assignments will be matched based on location, availability, and transportation options.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to assigned locations is preferred.

  • Cleaning supplies may be required for certain assignments.

  • Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, and client-specific instructions.
