Our energy and utilities client is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead SAP S/4HANA cloud and ERP transformation using SAP BTP, Azure, and hybrid integration architectures

Join a high-impact enterprise architecture initiative focused on modernizing mission-critical ERP and cloud platforms within the power and utilities sector. This role owns enterprise SAP S/4HANA cloud architecture, hybrid integrations, and data management frameworks supporting high-availability operations and digital transformation objectives. The position provides leadership across SAP cloud strategy, enterprise integration, and secure multi-cloud environments within a regulated infrastructure environment.

Must Haves

• 10+ years in SAP architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles
• 5+ years delivering SAP S/4HANA architecture in cloud environments including Public, Private, or Hybrid models
• Hands-on architecture leadership with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP CPI, and hybrid integration platforms
• Architecture expertise across Microsoft Azure, RISE with SAP, hybrid SAP landscapes, and cloud-to-cloud integrations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Nice to Have

• TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications
• Experience within utilities, power generation, energy, oil & gas, or critical infrastructure sectors
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs exceeding $20M
• Experience supporting post-implementation optimization and stabilization initiatives
• SAP Certified Technology Architect, SAP S/4HANA Certification, SAP BTP Certification, or SAP Integration Suite Certification

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise solutions spanning SAP S/4HANA cloud instances, legacy applications, and hybrid cloud infrastructures
• Translate business requirements and operational challenges into architectural blueprints and technical roadmaps
• Establish architectural governance frameworks, standards, and design patterns
• Lead technical strategy and execution for SAP S/4HANA deployment models and cloud architectures
• Oversee legacy-to-modern integration flows using Azure Integration Services and BizTalk
• Define API governance models and secure data transmission protocols
• Partner with data engineering, security, and governance teams to define master data management and enterprise data architecture standards
