The successful candidate will be a senior executive with a primary focus on growing Assets Under Administration (AUA) through various channels, including advisor recruiting and retention, organic growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in driving sustained growth across the platform and requires a leader who can partner with the Executive Team to establish and execute growth priorities, as well as create and maintain a multi-year roadmap to achieve AUA, advisor recruitment, and revenue growth objectives.
