Job description
Kerect Scaffold Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
· Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
· Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules.
· Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
· Develop and implement quality control programs.
· Represent the company on matters such as business services and union contract negotiations.
· Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
· Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
· Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
Employment Requirements:
Language - English
Education - Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience - 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of construction practices, budgeting, scheduling, and workplace safety regulations.

Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $140,000 per year
