This role is pivotal in designing and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy that is in line with the company's business goals and workforce planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a global TA team, with a focus on executive and leadership hiring, and will work closely with the executive team to ensure the right talent is brought on board. A key aspect of the role is to own the company's employer brand and candidate value proposition, and to champion diverse and inclusive hiring practices across all regions. Applicants for the Global VP of Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior TA leadership position within a SaaS or high-growth AI environment. The role requires a proven track record in scaling global TA functions, particularly in the US and Europe, and experience in hiring C-level executives. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of modern sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruiting technology.
