The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the AI technology strategy, owning the full technical architecture, and ensuring that AI is at the forefront of all development. This role demands a hands-on approach, with the CTO expected to be deeply involved in all aspects of AI, from model selection and fine-tuning to the deployment of agentic systems at scale. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with an advanced degree strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
