Responsibilities:

Marketing & Promotions

· Coordinate national, regional and store-level marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal programs.

· Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals and communications.

· Maintain marketing and promotional calendars and coordinate marketing materials across print, digital and in-store channels.

· Support contests, promotional programs and customer-facing activations.

Retail & In-Store Marketing

· Coordinate the development, production and rollout of in-store signage and promotional materials.

· Communicate campaign requirements and timelines to stores and support store-level marketing requests.

· Support new store openings, reopenings, special events and other retail initiatives.

· Track execution and follow up on outstanding requirements.

Performance Marketing & Data Analysis

· Analyze promotional and sales performance to identify trends and insights.

· Prepare performance reports and dashboards to measure results against objectives.

· Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support promotional planning.

Vendor & Project Coordination

· Coordinate with agencies, printers, production suppliers, media partners and other vendors.

· Obtain quotes, coordinate production requirements and track timelines, costs and deliveries.

· Ensure projects move smoothly from planning and approval through production and execution.

· Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.

Events & Special Projects

· Support the planning and execution of store events, promotional activations, openings and other marketing initiatives.

· Coordinate event materials, signage, promotional items and logistics.

· Provide support on special projects as required.

Administrative & Cross-Functional Support

· Work closely with Merchandising, Operations, Digital, Creative, E-Commerce and Stores to deliver marketing initiatives.

· Assist with budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, reporting and project documentation.

· Maintain organized campaign, vendor and marketing records.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, retail marketing or a related environment.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors and production partners is an asset.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to demonstrate values and accountability, service, integrity, and innovation.
• Enthusiasm for organization, goal setting. Problem-solving, and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting or exceeding prescribed deadlines.

Compensation:

$45,000/yr to $55,000/yr
