The Job We are seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Warehouse Inventory & Systems Coordinator. This role offers a great mix of computer-based administrative work and hands-on warehouse responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently. You will be responsible for inventory administration, customer-specific warehouse management systems (WMS), order processing, receiving, picking, packing, and cycle counting. Following a 2–3 week training period, the successful candidate will be expected to work independently while remaining an active part of the warehouse team. ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will process outbound orders using multiple customer-specific WMS platforms, receive and process inbound shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records while investigating and resolving discrepancies. You will perform cycle counts and bin audits, troubleshoot workflow issues, create and update spreadsheets using Excel or Google Sheets, manage bin locations and square footage reporting, and maintain customer-specific documentation. You will also communicate with customer technicians and contacts by phone and email and escalate system issues to clients when required. On the warehouse side, you will pick, pack, and ship orders within customer-defined timeframes, build skids, repack products, assist with receiving and general warehouse duties, and use ladders and order pickers as required, with training provided. You will be required to lift, push, and pull materials weighing 50–70 lbs., maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide support to other warehouse team members when needed.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and be comfortable working with programs such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Outlook. Candidates must be able to learn and navigate multiple customer-specific WMS platforms and have beginner to intermediate Excel skills, including data entry, filters, and basic formulas. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is the ability to work independently after training. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive tasks such as picking, packing, scanning, and counting, as well as communicating with customers on a regular basis. Previous experience in inventory control, pick-and-pack environments, 3PL or multi-client warehouses, forklift operation, or order picking would be considered an asset. Forklift certification and Transportation of Dangerous Goods certification are also considered assets, although training can be provided for TDG. A valid Nova Scotia Class 5 driver's licence and a verified clean criminal background check are required, and candidates must be bondable.REFER TALENT, GET REWARDED
