Job description
Our valued public sector client is seeking a Junior QA Specialists (4+years) with Genesys Cloud Contact Center experience to support testing activities under a major multi-year contact centre modernization program. These resources will work on validating configurations, migrations, integrations, and workflows as the organization transitions to a Genesys Cloud environment. The role involves collaborating with business, vendor, and technical teams to develop and execute test plans that ensure high-quality deployments across multiple streams.
Tasks:
- Support the execution of test plans, test scripts, and defect tracking for Genesys Cloud deployments.
- Validate configurations, call flows, IVR routing, and omnichannel features.
- Participate in system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Assist with documenting defects, retesting fixes, and reporting on test progress.
- Collaborate with project teams on upcoming contact centre migrations and transformations.
- Support readiness activities related to platform enhancements and new deployments.
- Ensure work aligns with testing standards, security requirements, and enterprise practices.
Must Haves:
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Contact Center (GCCX).
- Reliability Security Clearance.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to IVR, WFM, or omnichannel testing.
- Experience supporting contact centre migration or transformation projects.
