Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to support a busy South Edmonton office for an approximately two-month temporary assignment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front-line customer service, assisting customers at the counter, answering incoming telephone calls, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.
Valid security clearance is mandatory for this position.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a professional, dependable, and customer-focused individual who is comfortable working in a busy office environment and interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. Previous reception, front-desk, call centre, government/public-facing, or administrative customer service experience would be an asset.
Requirements
Valid security clearance – mandatory. Previous experience in front-line customer service, reception, counter service, or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and courteous telephone manner. Ability to interact effectively with customers, visitors, and internal staff. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a busy office environment. Strong attention to detail and professionalism. Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to the full temporary assignment.
