The role also involves leading transformation and innovation initiatives, modernizing work methods, and promoting the use of technology to increase operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior management, operations, or strategic support role, preferably within a professional services or complex B2B environment. They should have a proven track record in managing and developing teams, as well as experience in implementing processes, governance mechanisms, and performance indicators. A university degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree or relevant training being an asset. The candidate should possess a strategic vision for managing practice groups, strong influence with stakeholders, and excellent communication skills in both French and English.
