A background in construction, manufacturing, or specialty contracting is strongly preferred.

  • Help drive accountability, organization, and operational consistency within the office environment.
  • Support leadership with internal communication, meeting coordination, reporting, and operational follow-through.
  • Assist with resource planning and administrative prioritization to support project execution.

Customer Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build strong working relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, municipal stakeholders, facility owners, and subcontractors.
  • Lead project meetings, progress updates, and status reporting.
  • Manage customer expectations while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.

Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, engineering/CAD, warehouse, and installation teams.
  • Ensure material releases, production schedules, shipping timelines, and installation readiness align with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with field installation supervisors to support successful site execution.
  • Support continuous operational improvements and standardized project management processes.

Budgets & Contracts

  • Monitor project budgets, margins, labor costs, change orders, and invoicing milestones.
  • Review contracts, scopes, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements for project compliance.
  • Manage change orders, claims, and project documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Support forecasting and reporting requirements for leadership.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain high standards for project documentation, quality control, and closeout procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, specialty contracting, architectural products, or related industries.
  • Previous experience managing office operations, operational administration, or team coordination preferred.
  • PMP certification considered an asset.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and timelines.
